Kforce has a client seeking an Instructional Designer in Plano, TX. The role requires the use of up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs. The Instructional Designer will access and utilize expert resources to design and develop training materials tailored to the audience's needs. This includes designing and developing Technology-Based Training (TBT) and instructor-led training (ILT) packages based on thorough data collection and analysis. The position demands flexibility in working hours to support the development and delivery of workshops, which may extend beyond the typical workday. The ideal candidate will consistently exhibit a positive outlook and collaborate effectively with team members. Maintaining focus to achieve results and meet deadlines for multiple projects is crucial. The Instructional Designer will develop expertise in instructional design process methodology, which includes analyzing the audience and job tasks, creating curriculum maps, storyboards, flowcharts, performance objectives, testing strategies, and learning activities. Regular communication with development stakeholders is essential to ensure the successful implementation of projects. The designer will solicit feedback from peers, staff, and managers to enhance their performance and capabilities. Learning to utilize metrics for managing and assessing deliverables is also part of the role. The Instructional Designer will confidently articulate the value of training and make recommendations to Sales Leaders that address specific business needs, as well as present training KPIs and impacts to the sales organization.
