• Translate content from subject matter experts into meaningful learning experiences for associates.
• Manage workload effectively while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• Experience in instructional design and content development for online, classroom, and virtual learning in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and create effective learning solutions.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in financial services is preferred.
