About the position

The Instructional Designer at ESA Management, LLC will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instructional materials and programs that align with the organization's learning and development goals. This role involves creating a variety of training solutions, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training (ILT), webinars, and blended learning solutions, while collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure high-quality and engaging training experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and determine appropriate instructional strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive curriculum plans, including effective learning objectives, content outlines, and assessment strategies.
  • Organize objectives, content, learning strategies, and delivery media into an appropriate instructional sequence.
  • Create engaging and interactive instructional materials, such as e-learning courses, workshops, and job aids.
  • Design and implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or related role.
  • Proficiency in instructional technology tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience delivering learning experiences leveraging diverse platforms (teams, zoom, ring, in-person, mobile).
  • Experience with creating diverse learning curricula at an Enterprise level (role based, leadership development, corporate, franchise, systems etc.).
