About the position

As an Instructional Designer at Suki, you will play a crucial role in the Customer Success team by designing and developing training materials that empower customers to effectively use our AI voice solutions for healthcare. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to assess needs, create tailored training content, and ensure its effectiveness in enhancing user experience. This position is integral to helping clinicians reduce their administrative burden and improve their workflow through innovative training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials for customers to learn how to use Suki's products.
• Engage with customer success managers, product managers, and marketing personnel to determine training needs.
• Create various training materials including PDF handouts, narrated videos, facilitator guides, and help articles.
• Analyze the effectiveness of training materials and update them as necessary.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure successful training outcomes.

Requirements

• Three years of instructional design experience.
• Portfolio of projects demonstrating instructional design capabilities.
• Solid understanding of instructional design models and learning theories.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and succinctly.
• Experience with screencasting and video editing.
• Experience with narration and audio editing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience recording mobile devices for video production.
• Ability to create visually appealing PDF handouts with graphics and text.
