About the position

The Instructional Designer will leverage adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective learning solutions aimed at closing performance gaps and changing behavior. This role involves collaboration with peers and presenting to various levels of leadership, ensuring that the learning experiences are learner-centric and incorporate sound instructional design and UX principles.

Responsibilities

• Use adult learning principles with instructional design methodologies and techniques.
• Identify and create learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior.
• Present to all levels of leadership from associates to senior leaders.
• Create learner-centric experiences and content that incorporate sound instructional design methodologies and UX design with practical application.
• Evaluate learning solutions to ensure they effectively close performance gaps and change behavior.
• Collaborate with peers to build solutions that solve business problems and opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience with Tovouti and Workday.
• Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed.
• Relevant education and/or training is considered a plus.
