About the position

The individual in this position is part of the Instructional Design Center team within the Learning and Applied Innovation unit at North Dakota State University (NDSU). This role is crucial in supporting NDSU's instructional design, instructional technologies, and media services. The primary responsibilities include assisting faculty in utilizing instructional design principles and best practices to develop effective teaching methods and courses across various learning environments, including face-to-face, online, blended, and hybrid formats. The position also involves researching, analyzing, designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting instructional technology solutions that enhance the educational experience. In addition to instructional design support, the individual will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs and assisting with media projects aimed at students, faculty, and staff. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of instructional materials and technology solutions. The work schedule aligns with NDSU's business hours, typically Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The advertised salary for this position starts at $57,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements
