About the position

Innovative Learning Group is seeking skilled instructional designers to join our team in a freelance capacity, focusing on project-based client work. As an instructional designer, you will play a crucial role in developing effective learning solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of instructional design principles. You will conduct thorough research with clients and document your findings in a structured manner, producing outputs like survey results, process maps, and competency requirements. Your ability to provide design inputs during both internal and client work sessions will be essential in shaping the direction of our projects. In addition to research and documentation, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive design documents and developing instructional materials, including instructor guides, participant materials, and e-learning content. You will also facilitate document review meetings, ensuring that all elements are edited to the appropriate level of detail.
