Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructional materials tailored to various internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and comprehensive.
  • Utilize multiple formats (print, audio, visual, multimedia) to create engaging learning solutions, including web-based modules, videos, instructor-led training, and virtual sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary revisions to improve outcomes.
  • Project manage training-related projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Support the organization's learning goals by creating a climate where continuous improvement is emphasized.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field is required.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or similar roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and e-learning best practices.
  • Experience working independently under minimal supervision, with the ability to handle complex training design tasks.
  • Prior experience in developing instructor-led and digital training sessions is preferred.
  • Knowledge and ability to apply adult learning theories.
  • Willingness to travel - potential of up to 20% travel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Proficient in various multimedia tools for creating digital training content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives and meet deadlines.
