As an Instructional Designer at Brillio, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team responsible for designing and developing innovative learning content and instructor tools that empower our partners, customers, and colleagues to achieve success. The role involves creating a variety of learning formats, including eLearning modules, engaging videos, digital workbooks for Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) courses, and practical job aids. You will be tasked with designing and developing all components of learning solutions, which encompass text, graphics, recorded speech, and animations. A key aspect of this position is to acquire in-depth knowledge of the assigned products to ensure the learning content is relevant and effective. In this role, you will work independently or collaboratively within a team led by a Learning Program Owner. Your responsibilities will include creating media content that supports learning programs, such as drawings, charts, photos, animations, sound recordings, and videos. You will actively solicit input and feedback from key stakeholders, including instructors, software developers, product managers, and professional services, to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course offerings. Additionally, you will create and maintain Sage learning programs based on established Learning Services standards, ensuring quality, usability, consistency, and effectiveness of learning products. You will take a leading role in establishing quality standards, templates, and processes, and will participate fully in a modified agile scrum team, engaging in program planning, daily standups, content reviews, and retrospectives with enthusiasm and a commitment to teamwork. The position may also require you to take on temporary related roles, such as curriculum developer, and you will be responsible for complying with all backup and storage requirements to protect the integrity of our learning products and source materials, while adhering to company standards.
