About the position

The Instructional Designer will play a crucial role in developing educational materials and assets for both clinical and non-clinical employees within a mission-driven organization focused on serving underserved populations. This position emphasizes the importance of creating effective online learning programs and requires strong project management skills to collaborate with subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, populate, improve and maintain educational materials and assets based on client needs.
• Utilize virtual and web-based solutions to foster the development of online-based learning programs.
• Manage projects effectively, building credibility and rapport with key Subject Matter Experts.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate level degree in I/O Psychology, Instructional Design or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' professional instructional design and/or project management experience, preferably in a Healthcare related field.
