About the position

The Instructional Designer at Informativ, LLC is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on employee onboarding, sales training, and SaaS products. This role requires expertise in content creation and design, as well as the ability to customize training materials for various departments. The position involves both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring that all training is relevant and effective. The Instructional Designer will also assess the effectiveness of training programs and collaborate with product development teams to stay updated on new features and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day learning and development activities, including training of new hires and overall onboarding.
• Support sales and field teams with product training and deliver L&D analytics.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on automotive SaaS products for internal teams.
• Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different departments and audiences.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and videos.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback, and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with product development and customer support teams to stay updated on new features, product updates, and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in automotive SaaS and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Technology) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a corporate trainer, with a focus on SaaS products.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and teach new software products.
• Experience with e-learning tools and platforms is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed for in-person training sessions.
