About the position

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our diverse audience. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement instructional materials and programs that enhance the learning process. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and create tailored content that meets the specific requirements of various stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and the latest educational technologies to create high-quality learning solutions. In this role, you will utilize various multimedia tools and technologies to create interactive and immersive learning experiences. You will be responsible for conducting needs assessments, designing course outlines, and developing instructional materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and assessments. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes. You will also be expected to stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology. This includes participating in professional development opportunities and contributing to the continuous improvement of our instructional design processes. Your ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructional materials and programs that meet the needs of learners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and development of learning materials.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
  • Experience in graphic design or multimedia production.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards in instructional design.
