The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining learning and development documentation to support compliance and crew standards programs, initiatives and projects. This role will be responsible for developing engaging and effective learning tools for a broad range of audiences, including front-line crewmembers, managers and those working at our Restaurant Support Office. The Instructional Designer will apply instructional design techniques to develop best-in-class training materials, define learning objectives based on requirements, and use sound instructional design expertise to create new learning courseware using blended learning solutions with a creative approach to design. This position requires collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure quality and accuracy of content, as well as maintaining and updating existing content. The Instructional Designer will also act as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to training issues relating to assigned program or section area, serving as an innovative expert for training systems and tools, and staying current of trends to provide direction and assistance on the development of new and effective ways to train.
