About The Position
As an Instructional Designer at Fullbay, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality learning experiences for our internal teams and customers. This role focuses on creating engaging content such as training modules, e-learning courses, and instructional guides that support employee development and customer success. You will utilize instructional design principles and multimedia tools to simplify complex information into accessible materials, while also maintaining and updating existing learning resources to ensure their accuracy and relevance.
