• Conducts needs assessments and peer reviews at the course and program level.
• Vets web 4.0 tools and other instructional technologies.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in instructional design or a similar position for one to two years.
• Knowledge of teaching and learning principles and current developments in pedagogy and web design.
• Familiarity with online and distance learning best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job-related software programs.
• Skill in using multimedia equipment and software.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Blackboard and other instructional technologies.
• Knowledge of web 4.0 tools.
