The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating, curating, and delivering high-quality training materials and learning experiences across multiple platforms. This role will blend instructional design with videography, producing engaging video-based training and educational content. The Instructional Designer will design and develop instructional materials for various learning formats, including e-learning, video tutorials, animation, presentations, and blended learning. They will lead the production and editing of video-based training modules, collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate them into engaging and effective instructional content. The position requires the implementation of instructional strategies, such as simulations, job aids, role-playing, and interactive modules, to enhance the learning experience. The Instructional Designer will manage the end-to-end process of video creation, including scripting, filming, and post-production, ensuring all materials adhere to adult learning principles and align with company goals and brand standards. They will also optimize content for multiple platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), mobile, and web, and work closely with internal teams to update training materials as needed. Staying current with industry trends in instructional design, e-learning, and videography is essential, as is utilizing feedback and data to continuously improve training materials and learner engagement.
