The Global Sales Enablement Team is a dynamic group of over 50 program managers, sales experts, instructional designers, trainers, and coaches dedicated to driving behavior change in the field to enhance sales performance. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in this team by designing and building a variety of sales enablement training programs, courses, and assets aimed at developing the knowledge and skills of our sales teams. This position is ideal for a creative individual who enjoys designing workshops, editing videos, creating graphics, outlining courses, streamlining copy, facilitating instructor-led training, and crafting visually compelling presentations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the organization to produce a diverse range of content, including live instructor-led workshops (both in-person and virtual), on-demand e-learning courses, and job aids that provide clear instructions for sales processes. You will also be responsible for creating additional sales enablement tools such as videos, infographics, slide decks, logos, flow charts, and diagrams. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. Your responsibilities will encompass curriculum design, lesson design, content creation, learning assessment, and consulting. You will define the scope and objectives of training programs, design interactive assets and courseware, create engaging online courses using Articulate Rise 360, and develop visually appealing slide decks. Additionally, you will design assessments to measure knowledge transfer and create multimedia content, including videos and podcasts. You will also manage course uploads in various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS), evaluate skills gaps, and provide recommendations for training and coaching to enhance program effectiveness.
