About The Position
The Instructional Designer will be a key member of the Learning and Development Team, responsible for designing and developing training programs, curriculum, and materials for various audiences. This role involves consulting with subject matter experts to define learning objectives, creating engaging learning experiences, and evaluating training effectiveness. The position requires both independent and collaborative work within the Instructional Design team.
