About the position

The Instructional Designer will focus on enhancing the user experience for a Digital Payment System that processes $9 trillion in payments daily. This role involves upgrading user guides, chatbots, guided tours, and creating video instructions to facilitate better understanding and usability of the system.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade user guides for the Digital Payment System.
• Develop and enhance chatbots for user assistance.
• Create guided tours to improve user navigation.
• Produce video instructions to support user learning.

Requirements

• Strong instructional design background with a technical focus.
• Experience in instructional writing, specifically not technical writing.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with writing for chatbots.
