Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Online Education to implement online programs and courses.
  • Design, develop, and revise engaging online courses with faculty and subject matter experts.
  • Apply pedagogical theories and instructional design models to create learner-centered experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with US Department of Education and Quality Matters Standards.
  • Incorporate Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles for accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Align instructional practices with institutional goals for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate the development and management of Canvas LMS Catalog short courses.
  • Integrate multimedia and interactive elements into course design.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Instructional Design or a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing online programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in instructional design methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with learning management systems.
