About the position

The Learning and Organization Development Consultant will play a crucial role in developing engaging training materials to support the implementation of a new enterprise HR system. This short-term project focuses on creating training videos and resources that facilitate change management efforts, ensuring that the content aligns with organizational branding and learning standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand training objectives and target audience needs.
• Utilize Vyond to create dynamic and visually appealing training videos based on provided scripts.
• Ensure content is engaging, cohesive, and aligned with New York Life's branding and learning standards.
• Edit and refine videos based on feedback to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
• Incorporate best practices in instructional design to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Deliver completed videos within established timelines.
• Support the broader cross-functional project team to create various supplemental resources including job-aides and best practices guides, as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development, specifically using the Vyond platform.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
