The primary role of the Instructional Designer is to compose and edit training curriculum, technical documentation, and user manuals. This position involves planning, designing, writing, editing, and proofreading various documents such as correspondence, contract deliverables, manuals, proposals, and company policies. The Instructional Designer will support Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW) initiatives by ensuring that all training materials are accurate, effective, and aligned with the company's goals. In this role, the Instructional Designer will write learning objectives and assignments into program designs, determine the scope of training courseware, and develop courseware and content for both new and existing employees. They will assist in testing programs, measuring feedback, and making necessary changes to improve the training experience. Additionally, the Instructional Designer will develop audio, visual, and interactive media aids, plan and create assessments, and review existing curriculum for accuracy and performance. Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will be essential to bridge any learning gaps in the material, and the Instructional Designer will partner with internal stakeholders to complete analysis and guide learning content. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
