About the position

The Instructional Designer will play a crucial role in the Leadership Development, Coaching, and Support Services team by designing and developing innovative training programs focused on software systems used across the organization. This position requires collaboration with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and create instructional materials that deliver high-impact learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and technical proficiency in software systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions for software systems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and create effective instructional content.
• Deliver high-impact learning solutions that engage and educate employees on software applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, specifically for software systems.
• Strong understanding of software applications and technology platforms.
• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and their application in corporate training.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for managing training programs.
• Project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
