This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and evaluating training programs tailored to the needs of Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. The Instructional Designer will create comprehensive training solutions, including onboarding programs for new hires, skill enhancement courses, technical training, and management fundamentals. The role demands a strong level of project management skills to handle multiple projects with competing priorities effectively. The Instructional Designer will collaborate closely with team members and management to develop training content that meets specific learning objectives. Building strong partnerships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization is essential to ensure that the training materials are relevant and impactful. The position requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to integrate interactive concepts into both instructor-led and distance learning formats. The Instructional Designer will also be responsible for ensuring that all training deliverables are of high quality and completed within efficient timelines. In addition to course design, the Instructional Designer will perform needs analysis, suggest instructional approaches, estimate timelines and resources, and resolve issues creatively to meet organizational training needs. This role is pivotal in driving continuous education and learning within the organization, ultimately contributing to the overall success of Nissan's training initiatives.
