This position requires a strong background in technical writing and instructional design, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity, data policy, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex technical documents into clear and engaging content for diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience as a technical writer or instructional designer.
• Proven experience writing technical documents or training materials for cybersecurity, data policy, privacy, legal, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline for at least 2 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn, adapt, and understand new or evolving technologies.
