This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and evaluating training initiatives that cater to the learning needs of Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. The Instructional Designer will create various training modules, including onboarding programs for new hires, skill enhancement courses, technical training, and management fundamentals. The role demands a strong level of project management skills to handle multiple projects with competing priorities effectively. The Instructional Designer will collaborate closely with team members and management to develop training content that aligns with organizational performance goals. Building partnerships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization is essential to ensure that the training meets the outlined learning objectives. In this position, the Instructional Designer will perform needs analysis, suggest instructional approaches, estimate timelines and resources, and oversee the production and quality control of training materials. The designer will utilize adult learning principles to create engaging and interactive courses in both instructor-led and distance learning formats, ensuring high-quality deliverables within efficient timelines. The role also involves resolving issues creatively and determining effective training methods based on organizational needs.
