About the position

Robert Half is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator for a remote, short-term contract role with a Fortune 500 Company. The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual proficient in Google Sheets and Google Workspace to manage and update digital content assets effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing lists to update/confirm for each asset, the website URLs and Highspot/internal URLs
  • Tag each content asset based on the focus of the piece: industry, line of business, product focus, etc.
  • Identify content that has been archived/removed in recent website CMS migration, broken links, etc.
  • Create a finished Google sheet that is easily searchable for teams to filter and find specific sets of content
  • Move all content files into an organized Google shared drive; partner with creative for final PDF assets
  • Document instances where content needs to be updated based on old product names, etc.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to get content for inventory

Requirements

  • Must be an expert with Google Sheets and Google Work Space
  • Proficient in Google Drive - comfortable moving files around
