About the position

The Instructional Designer at Snowrelic INC is responsible for developing engaging and effective learning materials to support educational programs. This role involves collaboration with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content, utilizing various instructional design theories and tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilize instructional design theories to create interactive and engaging learning experiences
• Develop e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement effective training programs
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning goals to determine appropriate instructional strategies
• Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Utilize project management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality training materials
• Present training materials in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate for e-learning course development
• Strong ability to educate and present complex information effectively
• Experience with training development and curriculum design
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia content creation
• Knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE
• Familiarity with learning management systems like Blackboard
• Strong project management skills for coordinating training projects
