About the position

The Instructional Designer will leverage adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective learning solutions. This role focuses on identifying performance gaps, developing learner-centric content, and collaborating with peers to address business challenges through innovative educational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Use adult learning principles with instructional design methodologies and techniques.
• Identify and create learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior.
• Present to all levels of leadership from associates to senior leaders.
• Create learner-centric experiences and content that incorporate sound instructional design methodologies and UX design with practical application.
• Evaluate learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior.
• Collaborate with peers to build solutions that solve business problems and opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience with Tovouti and Workday.
• Experience with Workday.
• Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed.
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.
