Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and learning technologists to identify training needs.
• Design and develop creative learning solutions using instructional design methodologies.
• Create engaging training materials in collaboration with multimedia specialists and graphic artists.
• Implement cutting-edge learning strategies, including blended learning and gamification.
• Collect and analyze training results using evaluation methodologies like the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Mentor and lead team members in instructional design best practices.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance customer learning experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design using adult learning methodologies.
• Experience designing instructor-led and web-based training.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards in adult learning solutions.
• Ability to analyze course content from various sources to develop effective learning solutions.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design.

Nice-to-haves
