About the position

The Instructional Designer at Wellpath is responsible for developing educational materials and assets for both clinical and non-clinical employees. This role focuses on creating online learning programs and improving existing educational resources to meet client needs, all while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. The position emphasizes the importance of making a difference in the lives of underserved populations through effective training and development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, populate, improve and maintain educational materials and assets based on client needs.
• Utilize virtual and web-based solutions to foster the development of online learning programs.
• Manage projects effectively, building credibility and rapport with key Subject Matter Experts.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate level degree in I/O Psychology, Instructional Design or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' professional instructional design and/or project management experience, preferably in a Healthcare related field.
