About the position

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing engaging training materials tailored for various roles within the organization. This role requires expertise in Articulate 360 and a strong understanding of instructional design principles, particularly the ADDIE model. The successful candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to create innovative learning solutions that meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Apply the ADDIE model to create instructional materials and learning experiences.
• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360, including Storyline, Rise, and other tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content for training materials.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify learning objectives and performance outcomes.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including design documents, storyboards, and course outlines.
• Work closely with the training team and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning Technologies, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
• Strong understanding of the ADDIE model and other instructional design frameworks.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the healthcare or related industry.
• Certification in instructional design or e-learning development.
• Familiarity with other e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.
• Familiar with Moodle LMS system.
