About the position

The Instructional-District Resource Compliance Specialist is responsible for coordinating educational placements and ensuring appropriate services for students with disabilities. This role involves serving as the Local Education Agency (LEA) representative at eligibility, re-evaluation, and Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings at assigned schools. The specialist will assist schools in implementing IDEA Federal and State regulations and provide support in curriculum, instruction, behavior supports, service delivery models, and staff development to meet the needs of students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate educational placement for students with disabilities.
• Serve as LEA representative at eligibility, re-evaluation, and IEP meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
