This position is part of our Automotive team, which is seeking senior-level creative and instructional talent to work with some of the largest and most respected automotive brands in North America. If you have a passion for learning, communications, and media development, and enjoy working closely with customers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), this role is designed for you. In this position, you will design and develop comprehensive engagement strategies to meet our customers' objectives. This includes a variety of initiatives such as learning programs, performance support, job enablement, and effective communications. You will lead discussions with customers to recommend strategies, outline supporting content, and gather input from clients and SMEs. As the primary point of contact for clients regarding content and strategic execution, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of the project align with customer expectations. Additionally, you will lead the content development of strategic solutions within the Production Team, providing coaching and constructive feedback to other content developers. Your guidance will be essential in the ongoing development and timely delivery of final project materials. This includes facilitating conversations, documenting recommendations, and collaborating with clients to meet stated deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive engagement strategies to meet customer objectives, including learning initiatives, performance support, job enablement, and communications.
  • Lead discussions with customers around recommended strategies, outlining supporting content and gaining input from clients/SMEs.
  • Act as the client's primary point of contact for all matters related to content and overall strategic execution.
  • Lead the content development of strategic solutions within the Production Team.
  • Coach and provide constructive feedback to other content developers and the Production Team.
  • Guide the ongoing development and delivery of final project materials in a timely manner, including guiding conversations, documenting solutions, and working with clients toward deadlines.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, with a major or advanced degree in English, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Automotive experience, particularly related to dealership operations.
  • Ability to travel 4-6 times per year for corporate and client-related events.
  • Strong customer focus and creative leadership skills.
