This position is part of our Automotive team, which is seeking senior-level creative and instructional talent to work with some of the largest and most respected automotive brands in North America. If you have a passion for learning, communications, and media development, and enjoy working closely with customers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), this role is designed for you. In this position, you will design and develop comprehensive engagement strategies to meet our customers' objectives. This includes a variety of initiatives such as learning programs, performance support, job enablement, and effective communications. You will lead discussions with customers to recommend strategies, outline supporting content, and gather input from clients and SMEs. As the primary point of contact for clients regarding content and strategic execution, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of the project align with customer expectations. Additionally, you will lead the content development of strategic solutions within the Production Team, providing coaching and constructive feedback to other content developers. Your guidance will be essential in the ongoing development and timely delivery of final project materials. This includes facilitating conversations, documenting recommendations, and collaborating with clients to meet stated deadlines.
