About the position

The Instructional Systems Design Team Manager at SAIC is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training curricula delivered through various digital platforms. This role involves conducting training analyses, designing multimedia content, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The manager will lead a team of experienced professionals, ensuring that training objectives are met while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training curricula utilizing development applications for computer-based training and eLearning environments.
• Conduct training analysis to identify needs and design effective training solutions.
• Develop multimedia/web storyboards and training materials.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Manage a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Interpret and administer company policies and procedures affecting the team.
• Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ten (10) years or more of related experience in instructional systems design or a similar area.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience in managing teams and projects.
