About the position

The Instructional System Designer will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing curricula and program assessment requirements to develop new learning objectives and lesson plans. This role involves ensuring alignment of training solutions with requirements and assisting in instructor preparation for effective delivery and evaluation of training programs.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze multiple curricula and program assessment requirements.
• Conduct analysis to identify, articulate, and validate new assessment requirements.
• Create new learning objectives and develop lesson plans incorporating instructional strategies.
• Ensure overall alignment of training solutions to requirements.
• Assist with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery.
• Provide feedback/data to assist leadership with assessment and management of training programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience reviewing and analyzing multiple curricula and program assessment requirements.
• Minimum 10 years of experience conducting analysis, identifying, articulating, and validating new assessment requirements.
• Minimum 10 years of experience assisting with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery.
• Master's degree with 10 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience.
• Top Secret clearance required.
