CACI is seeking an Instructional Systems Design Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA's) Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Program. In this role, you will be responsible for designing both formal and informal training programs that cater to various learning environments, including in-person (deskside and classroom) and distance learning methods such as DVTC and IC Connect. As part of the MARS FSR-PM team, you will work closely with the MARS Program Management Office (PMO) to address critical areas such as Infrastructure Capability, order of battle, MARS mission module, Intelligence mission data, cyber, and space/counterspace. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing Level 1 (reaction/attitudes) and Level 2 (learning outcomes) assessments to evaluate the quality of training delivered. Additionally, you will create and implement Level 3 (application/transfer) assessments to measure the application of skills in job performance. Identifying performance gaps will be crucial in creating effective course content, and you will be expected to research and apply instructional strategies tailored for adult learning. This position requires a current Top-Secret clearance with the ability to receive Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI) and the capability to obtain and maintain a DIA Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. A working understanding of the DIA's Modern Integrated Data Base (MIDB) and familiarity with the MARS system is essential. You should also possess knowledge of adult learning principles, course and curriculum evaluation, the ADDIE model, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
