About the position

Noblis is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (All Levels) to work in Springfield, VA, with an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI clearance. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts and clients to capture learning requirements and recommend solutions that enhance mission effectiveness. The designer will create engaging learning experiences using learner-centric principles and various instructional design models, ensuring that the solutions are effective and meet the needs of the learners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, scientists, and clients to capture learning requirements.
• Design synchronous and asynchronous learning materials and performance support tools.
• Utilize ADDIE and SAM models to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather information and feedback throughout the development process.
• Collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies, such as the Kirkpatrick Model, to ensure learning solutions are effective and meaningful.
• Implement adjustments to learning solutions based on evaluation results to maximize continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and clients.
• Experience conducting detailed training and/or job/task analyses.
• Experience designing products that are Section 508 compliant.
• Experience in developing learning solutions for Intelligence Community agencies.
• Experience designing and developing SCORM-conformant content.
• Working knowledge of multiple rapid development tools (e.g., Presenter, Captivate, Articulate).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
