About the position

Linxx Global Solutions is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to support the CNRFC N73 Learning Standards office, including the Air Logistics Training Center (ALTC) Learning Standards Office. This role involves designing and developing instructional materials to enhance the training of Navy Reserve personnel worldwide, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training evaluation, review, and research to design and develop instruction for Navy Reserve personnel.
• Develop and design course curricula in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
• Provide support to the Learning Standards Officer (LSO) in their capacity as the CCA for Navy Reserve formal training programs.
• Support mission and readiness objectives to determine the impact on future training and equipment requirements through analysis of objectives.
• Provide curriculum recommendations to the site Learning Standards Officer based on Formal Course Review procedures and field analysis.
• Assist training sites with the development, submission, and approval of all necessary course curriculum documents as recurrent directives and instructions.
• Maintain master files of all curriculum and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' specialized experience as an Instructional Systems Designer.
• Secret Clearance.
• Experience with Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) Content Planning Module.
• Experience with Learning Object Module (CPM/LOM) and open source e-Learning development software such as GIMP, SeaMonkey, Avidemux/OpenShot, Audacity, Synfig, Scribus, InkScape/Open Office Draw, or Adobe products such as Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud (CC), Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Captivate CC 2017, Adobe Audition CC 2017, Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018, Adobe InDesign CC 2018, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Office MAC 2016, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
