About The Position
The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) at Syms Strategic Group (SSG) will be responsible for designing and developing both formal and informal learning solutions for the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy. This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles, particularly the ADDIE process, and the ability to integrate technology and multimedia into learning experiences. The ISD will work closely with various stakeholders to assess learning needs and create effective instructional materials.
