About the position

The Instructional Systems Designer IV position at Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions involves supporting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) by applying instructional systems design principles to develop and implement training programs. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, quality leadership, and employee engagement, with a focus on creating effective training solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Follow and apply instructional systems design principles and the ADDIE model for course development.
  • Support multiple courses and training programs.
  • Prepare course administration templates, solicitations, registrations, enrollments, welcome letters, travel orders, and review travel documents.
  • Monitor group inbox and respond to student requests for assistance.
  • Assist in administering and troubleshooting the course administration database.
  • Assist with training cohort assignments and updates.

Requirements

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance with the ability to attain a Top-Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years' experience preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience required.
  • Experience working in large and small teams.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, as well as sound interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience in instructional design and curriculum implementation.
