CACI is seeking experienced and collaborative junior-level Instructional System Designers (ISD) to work with a team of ISDs and Media Developers in creating training content for the Fire Controlman Aegis courses under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. Selected candidates for hire must be willing to work onsite in Norfolk, Virginia, as this is not a remote position. The role involves reviewing Lesson Design Strategies (LDS) and building On-Screen Lessons (OSL) in a Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Candidates must be able to obtain Secret-level clearance from the DoD. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing Government Furnished Information and supporting meetings with Subject Matter Experts and ISDs. You will create Lesson Plans and Training Guides, review lesson design documents, and ensure they meet design standards for the On-Screen Lessons (OSL). Additionally, you will build performance-based Instructor-Facilitated Interactive Training (IFIT) and Self-Directed Interactive Training (SDIT) lessons using eLearning development software. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.
