About the position

The Instructional Systems Designer (Mid-Level) at Noblis is responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts and clients to design effective learning solutions that enhance mission effectiveness for the Intelligence Community. This role involves leveraging learner-centric principles to create engaging synchronous and asynchronous materials, utilizing models like ADDIE and SAM, and employing evaluation methodologies to ensure continuous improvement of learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, scientists, and clients to capture learning requirements.
• Design synchronous and asynchronous learning materials and performance support tools.
• Utilize ADDIE and SAM models to develop engaging learning experiences.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather information and feedback.
• Collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies, such as the Kirkpatrick Model, to assess learning solutions.
• Implement adjustments to learning solutions based on evaluation results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly
• Experience working with subject matter experts and clients
• Experience conducting detailed training and/or job/task analyses
• Experience designing Section 508 compliant products
• Experience in a client-focused consulting environment
• Experience developing learning solutions for Intelligence Community agencies
• Experience designing SCORM-conformant content
• Proficiency in rapid development tools (e.g., Presenter, Captivate, Articulate)
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
