Noblis is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (Mid-Level) with an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI clearance in Springfield, VA. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, scientists, and clients to capture learning requirements and recommend solutions that enhance mission effectiveness. Your work will involve leveraging learner-centric principles to design synchronous and asynchronous materials, as well as performance support tools that effectively improve performance while minimizing the time learners spend away from their mission. You will utilize the ADDIE and SAM models to create engaging and interactive learning experiences, drawing on your expertise and creativity to develop innovative solutions. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you engage regularly with stakeholders to solicit ideas, gather information, and incorporate feedback throughout the development process. To ensure that the learning solutions you deliver are meaningful and meet expectations, you will collect and analyze results using various evaluation methodologies, including the Kirkpatrick Model. This will allow you to assess and implement adjustments to learning solutions, maximizing continuous improvement.
