CACI is seeking an experienced and collaborative mid-level Instructional System Designer (ISD) to work with a team of ISDs and Media Developers in creating training content for the Fire Controlman Aegis courses under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. This position requires the selected candidates to work onsite in Norfolk, Virginia, and they must be able to obtain Secret-level clearance from the Department of Defense (DoD). The role involves creating Lesson Design Strategies (LDS), supporting Live Government Reviews, and building On-Screen Lessons (OSL) in a Learning Content Management System (LCMS). The Instructional Systems Designer will be responsible for reviewing Government Furnished Information, supporting meetings with Subject Matter Experts and ISDs, researching and gathering missing content, and creating and editing lesson design documents to ensure they meet design standards. Additionally, the designer will create Lesson Plans and Training Guides, and will have experience designing and developing performance-based Instructor-Facilitated Interactive Training (IFIT) and Self-Directed Interactive Training (SDIT) content. This position is integral to the development of training materials that are essential for the Navy's training programs, and it requires a strong ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals while maintaining a focus on quality and effectiveness in training delivery.
