About the position

CACI is seeking an experienced Senior Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to collaborate with a team in creating training content for the Fire Controlman Aegis courses under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. The role involves developing lesson design strategies, supporting government reviews, and ensuring the accuracy of instructional content.

Responsibilities

• Review Government Furnished Information.
• Support meetings with SMEs and Instructional Designers.
• Research and gather missing content.
• Create and edit lesson design documents and ensure they are meeting design standards.
• Experience designing and developing Instructor-Facilitated Interactive Training (IFIT) and Self-Directed Interactive Training (SDIT) content.
• Create Lesson Plans and Training Guides.
• Experience developing performance assessments and scenarios.
• Interact with customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience in AIM CPM/LOM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
• Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.
• Knowledge of NAVEDTRA 130 series, NAVEDTRA 132 series, and NAVEDTRA 136.
