About the position

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to capture training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Design training materials and performance support tools using the ADDIE model.
• Develop engaging and interactive learning experiences using multimedia technologies and gamification.
• Collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model to refine training solutions.
• Continuously learn new tools and skills to enhance instructional design capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in developing instructor-led, self-paced, and e-learning courses using defined instructional design methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience with learning analytics and data gathering techniques.
• 3+ years of experience with instructional design and andragogy.
• Experience using graphics and visuals to supplement learning.
• Ability to engage and communicate respectfully with clients.
• Knowledge of eLearning development tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Education.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Experience creating high-quality, interactive learning solutions for various formats.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline for eLearning and video design.
