About the position

The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) at Linchpin Solutions is responsible for supporting the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program at Fort Liberty, NC. This role involves planning, developing, coordinating, and managing training programs to ensure operational forces can effectively utilize JTO Interface Systems. The ISD will conduct training courses for both U.S. and allied forces, producing a significant number of graduates annually.

Responsibilities

  • Develop curriculum, conduct instruction, and maintain JID courses.
  • Design and develop IMI Level 2 and 3 using Articulate Storyline, compliant with SCORM and 508 requirements.
  • Integrate and operate courses within a Moodle or LMS environment.
  • Represent JID at joint and combined interoperability working groups.
  • Provide course planning and administration, including development and maintenance of schedules, scheduling hands-on field training, student briefs, handouts, and administrative documents.
  • Develop, instruct, revise, and maintain JID course materials.
  • Perform curriculum reviews, courseware development, and multimedia enhancements, especially in an electronic classroom.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and related experience with 5 years relevant experience or Master's with 2 years.
  • Experience with all aspects of the ADDIE process.
  • Experience with Moodle and LMS Operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in SCORM compliance.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
