In this role, you will leverage a broad and varied skill set that encompasses a deep understanding of instructional design models and theories. Your proficiency in both virtual and instructor-led modalities, along with your expertise in eLearning solutions, will be critical in creating effective training plans and evaluating program outcomes. You will apply your expert knowledge of adult learning theories to shape and guide the development and delivery of training assets related to systems training. This position requires a thorough understanding of evaluating existing training programs and implementing blended learning strategies. Your role will involve applying quality assurance and design control methods to ensure that the training materials produced meet high standards of quality. You will be responsible for creating and presenting professional-level materials, demonstrating a commitment to producing quality results. Adaptability and the ability to pivot in a fast-paced and fluid work environment are essential traits for success in this position. As an individual contributor, you will serve as a knowledgeable instructional designer and provide support to project leadership as needed. The position requires an ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph, which must be upgraded to FULL Scope (FS) polygraph. A Bachelor's degree in eLearning, Communications, or a related field is required, although four years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree. You should have at least ten years of experience in developing high-quality courses using a combination of web-based training, distance learning, and instructor-led training. Familiarity with eLearning software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Camtasia, PowerPoint, SnagIt, and the Microsoft Office suite is also necessary.
