Responsibilities

- Maintains currency of educational systems and strategies to improve training efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in relevant areas such as learning theory, instructional design, educational evaluation, instructional product development, or computers in education.
- One year of specialized experience in instructional design techniques, curriculum coordination, updating training programs, and managing training resources.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with multimedia training devices.
- Familiarity with Army University and TRADOC training programs.
