Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in relevant areas such as learning theory, instructional design, educational evaluation, instructional product development, or computers in education.
  • One year of specialized experience in instructional design techniques, curriculum coordination, updating training programs, and managing training resources.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with multimedia training devices.
  • Familiarity with Army University and TRADOC training programs.
